Caswell Orthodontics aimed to refine their existing website to enhance user engagement while maintaining a professional and authentic atmosphere. Their focus was on appealing to a family-oriented demographic, particularly children aged 11-18 and adults between 25-60. The emphasis was on using genuine imagery to convey authenticity and create a welcoming impression, ensuring visitors felt connected and confident in choosing their services for orthodontic needs.

We revitalised the Caswell Orthodontics website by integrating full-width layouts and parallax effects, drawing inspiration from sites they admired, to create a fluid and engaging user experience. Key elements like sticky navigation were adapted for better usability, and family-centric, authentic images were prominently featured to resonate with their demographic, aiming to optimise lead conversion rates and enhance the return on investment.
